To My
Clients,
Over the years, I have developed an interest in the
housing industry. When I began looking for a second
career, after spending thirty years in human
resource management, I decided to pursue my interest
by getting my real estate license.
I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and have lived in
Charlottesville and Albemarle County for the past
thirty-two years. While growing up in nearby Buena
Vista, VA, I attended public schools and later
graduated from Emory & Henry College in 1972 with a
degree in economics and business.
Over the years, I have acquired a vast knowledge of
Central Virginia and the Valley and have come to
realize that the area has something that appeals to
everyone, regardless of age or interest. Some of the
attractions of the area include four distinct
seasons, beautiful mountain vistas, numerous
historic landmarks, first class medical facilities,
excellent schools, college athletics, wineries,
horse racing, hot air balloon rides, and a variety
of cultural activities. Oh, and did I mention great
golf courses?
I am a member of the National Association of
Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and
the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. I
am a dedicated, hardworking individual who believes
in providing my clients with sage advice and
exceptional service before, during, and after the
sale. I take pride in participating in community and
charitable organizations. I am a member of the
Virginia Athletic Foundation and I am active with
the local United Way, the American Cancer Society,
and the March of Dimes. I served on the Emory &
Henry College Alumni Board of Directors for fifteen
years, most recently in the position as Past
President.
I have known for years what many people are just
finding out, that Charlottesville is one of the best
places in the country to live. If you have needs
with buying, selling, or relocating, give me a call
so that I can put my knowledge to work for you.
Best regards,
Steve
